Legal Service Clinic and NSS Unit of Soundarya College of Law organized a program for the Celebrations of International Yoga Day on 21.06.2024. The chief guest Mr. Krishna Sastry, Director of Art of Living International Yoga Centre, Kanakapura Road and faculty of International Association of Human Values enlightened the various aspects of yoga and well-being and those practices that may lead to good health and happiness. Sir demonstrated many asanas in yoga and instructed the audiences to follow and perform these asanas every day and keep their mind and body in good status. Dr. B.P.
